First dial this number *141*1# and select the state, then choose a any one of the plan (example: if you 20 rs balance you should choose higher plan).after then you will get this message from docomo "THIS FACILITY NOT AVAILBALE IN YOUR STATE" just ignore that sms and recharge with normal 5 rs gprs pack, then check your speed.its really working 100%
